We wanted to take Mairsil, the Pretender in a new direction, and as we were looking for abilities he could copy we stumbled upon quite a few energy options. So, we ended up brewing a mix between an energy deck and an artifact token support sub-theme. There are lots of directions to take this with this deck as you play it, so keep an open mind to the different lines available. Will we cage up some token making creatures and swarm our opponents with thopters, or will we end up reanimating and sacrificing some of our gigantic artifact creatures to take our opponents out with Mairsil acting like Bosh, Iron Golem? Every game will play out differently with this deck!
