Standard 2022 Deck Tech - 5-Colour Tiamat Dragons - MTG Arena

Welcome all to my weekly MTG Arena Video series! Each Monday and Friday I’ll have a new video ready to watch!

It's time to try out a new format called Standard 2022. Standard 2022 is a transitional format that prepares players for Standard rotation, meaning you can only play cards from Zendikar Rising and onwards. Today I wanted to make a deck centered around the new card Tiamat. The goal of the deck is to survive early with two-drops like Dragon's Disciple and Dragon's Fire. After that you use ramp cards like Lotus Cobra, Skyclave Relic and Orb of Dragonkind to help you get out your five colours worth of Dragons, including the mighty Tiamat. With Tiamat, we basically get to draw a fresh hand of our most powerful cards like Iymrith, Desert Doom, Goldspan Dragon, Old Gnawbone, and Beledros Witherbloom!
