Historic Deck Tech - Izzet Phoenix - MTG Arena

Welcome all to my weekly MTG Arena Video series! Each Monday and Friday I’ll have a new video ready to watch!

It's time to move over to some Historic decks with one of my favourite decks, Izzet Phoenix. The goal of the deck is to get Arclight Phoenix into your graveyard through cards like Faithless Looting and Lightning Axe. Then, we just have to cast three instants or sorceries to bring back our Arclights! The deck is full of cheap draw spells like Opt, Brainstorm, and Expressive Iteration. We've also got a handful of other threats like Sprite Dragon and Stormwing Entity, each a potentially huge threat.
