To our valued Wizard's Tower customers,
We've taken a lot of time to create a safe environment for our staff and customers. Everyone entering into our store will be part of keeping each other safe. Anyone entering the store will be asked to sanitize their hands and wear a face mask and we will pair you up with a personal shopper to help make your experience with us fast and convenient.
****NEW**** We will have In-Store Shopping Hours available from 9 am - 9 pm each day. ****NEW****
Curbside pickups and Dropoffs are now available from 9 am to 9 pm each day!! Please see Curbside Pickups for more details.
Our online store remains open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to serve our customers.
Here are some more details on what this means to you:
- In-Store Shopping Hours available from 9 am - 9 pm each day.
- We still offer Curbside Pickup for those that do not want to enter the store at this time between the hours of 9 am - 9 pm.
- We are currently accepting contact-less forms of payment.
- Our online store remains OPEN 24/7 and we will be mailing out all orders and processing buylists that are mailed to us
- Buylists dropped off in person will be processed 72 business hours after dropping them off.
- Our online customer service support hours are Mon - Sun from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Payments for buylists will only be offered by Cheque, PayPal, or Store Credit. Cash is not available as an option unless you would like to wait until the store reopens.
Promotions available:
- We will be offering a 30% trade bonus on Store Credit for buylists during this time
- Free Lettermail Shipping for Magic Singles orders above $10.
- Free Expedited Shipping on all orders (excluding Magic Sealed product) above $100.
This is a tough time for all of our staff, but we are committed during this retail store closure to give all of our staff their full wages so that they are not affected at this time and are able to stay safe. We look forward to seeing all of you again in person when we re-open the store.
