WPNQ Preliminary Events
Dates:
Saturday October 26th
Saturday November 2nd

On Site Registration: 8:00am – 10:45am
Round 1 Start Time: 11:00am
Registration Fee: $20 ($15 For Pre-Registration)
Format: Standard Constructed (64-Player Cap)
Tournament Structure: Swiss, Decklists are required.
5 rounds, cut to top 8 (If more than 32 players, it will be 6 rounds, cut to top 8)
Playoff matches, will be best two of three.
Playoff matches will be single-elimination.
Competitive REL.
Prizes:
Top 4 players in each event will receive free entry into the Wizards Play Network Qualifier Finals event on Nov 23rd.

1st Place: $160 WizardTower.com store credit + Free entry into WPNQ Finals
2nd Place: $100 WizardTower.com store credit + Free entry into WPNQ Finals
3-4th Place: $80 WizardTower.com store credit/player + Free entry into WPNQ Finals
5-8th Place: $40 WizardTower.com store credit/player
* If a player gets top 4 in a preliminary tournament and has already paid for an entry. They will be refunded and their entry will go to the next person on our WPNQ Finals Waiting List.
* For WPNQ Preliminary #2-#4, if a player in the top 4 has already qualified in a previous WPNQ Preliminary event, the qualification spot will go to the player eliminated in the quarterfinals of the top 8 with the highest rankings after the final swiss round.

Wizards of the Coast no longer provides a travel award or airline tickets for the winners.
All travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
