The Ultimate Guide to Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Limited and Prerelease

AFR-Ultimate1

Welcome all to the Ultimate Guide to AFR Limited and Prerelease. This is a five Chapter guide to help you prepare for everything related to Limited play. From learning the best commons and uncommons from each colour to knowing which removal spells to watch out for from each colour. On top of that, we'll be taking a look at the new mechanics for the set. One of the guides will focus on what you need to do to roll a bunch of D20s, while the other helps you venture into the Dungeons of Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. Enjoy these five Chapters and I hope they help you be prepared for what’s to come with a new season of Limited play for Adventures in the Forgotten Realms.

Chapter 1 - Top Commons for Limited and Prerelease

Chapter 1 will help guide you through the most plentiful cards in each pack of Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, the commons. Adventures in the Forgotten Realms is full of commons that make you choose which way you want to play.

Chapter 2 - Top Uncommons for Limited and Prerelease

Chapter 2 will help guide you to figure out those limited all-stars, the uncommons. This set is loaded with playable uncommons as my list of top uncommons is larger than ever.

Chapter 3 - Guide to Combat Tricks and Removal Cards by Colour

Chapter 3 helps you prepare for what to expect at instant speed from your opponent. Throw on top of that a slew of removal spells and you have a lot to learn from what Adventures in the Forgotten Realms has to offer.

Chapter 4 - Guide to Dice Rolling

Chapter 4 helps you in learning all the cards from the new set that will get you rolling a D20. There are some colours more focused on the new mechanic as well as having some cards that benefit every time you roll, providing more value for your cards and potentially better dice results.

Chapter 5 - Guide to Dungeon Venturing

Chapter 5 helps you in learning what the best cards in the set are for venturing into the Dungeon. See which colours have the most cards both to venture into the Dungeons themselves and what cards reward you for completing a Dungeon. I also look and analyze the three different Dungeons you can venture into.
